Param Pujya Chamunda Swamiji was born in a family that has for 5 generations provided Spiritual Enlightenment to the people in Punjab-India. Swami ji has kept the tradition of helping the needy. His great Grandfather Pundit Tara chandji was a Spiritual Healer and an Ayurvedic Physician in the 1800’s. The torch of Spiritual Enlightenment and healing was passed from Pundit Tara Chandji to Shri Devi Prasad Ji then to Swami Rattan Pindorji and then to Param Pujya Chamunda Swamiji.

Swamiji was born as Nishikant Bhardwaj on the 5th of April 1957 in the peaceful Village of Nakodar-Jallandhar-Punjab India. Since the age of 11 he was inclined towards Spirituality and so he left home to live with his Guru and started his journey on the Path of Divine Love and Selfless service. By the time he was 20 he embarked on a Spiritual Journey to several Shrines and Pilgrimages all over India. During this Journey he met many Pundits, Gurus and Rishis who bestowed him with their blessings which enabled him to continue on the path of understanding the true nature of the soul.

With Maa Kaali’s Blessings Swamiji continued his journey towards USA in 1998.
And from here he is trying to spread the cultivation of purity of thought and helping you obtain good, positive energies and to eliminate negative energies.
